Decorative Christmas Pillows for a Holiday Makeover

Christmas-Themed Pillows

Here's a unique tradition you might want to try: Ask your kids to pick what designs you should sew for your decorative Christmas pillows this year. That's what I do every Christmas and my little elves would heed my call with so much enthusiasm!

Last Christmas, they chose to make four reindeer as the focal point of our decorative Christmas pillows. I then sewed and decorated the whole house from that pillow design idea.

For this year, I cooked up a list of gorgeous and easy-to-sew designs for my kids to choose from and I am wholeheartedly sharing them all with you!

Why not make two in the effort it takes to make one? This reversible fall and Christmas-themed pillow will help you design for two seasons.

You can use any type of fabric to accomplish the design. You start by cutting out craft felt to achieve a neat series of holly and leaves.
